
Job Title: Manager, Supply Chain Department: Supply Chain and Manufacturing
JOB PURPOSE:
Experienced Supply Chain leader who will have responsibility to execute projects in our Supply Chain consulting practice that is recognized as a thought leader in the application of supply chain management strategies and best practices across manufacturing and related industries.
You will help clients assess the current state of their supply chain and develop strategies and tactics to optimize their performance. From these strategies and tactics, you will apply your expertise to drive the implementation and sustainability of supply chain management best practices within our partner’s businesses. In this role you will be a manager, project lead and staff member in projects depending on the engagement and complexity of the project.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
This role is responsible for leading and executing Supply Chain projects for our clients in a way that provides thought leadership and drives sustainable business value. The projects can vary in complexity and scope, so a wide Supply Chain background is preferred, and flexibility / adaptability is necessary.
JOB DUTIES:
· Manage the time, expense and project profitability reporting
CapaBIlities and Success Factors:
· Experience in ERP technologies such as SAP, with specific experience in implementation and adoption of new SAP products
· Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes
· Capable of dealing with conflict and ambiguity
· Proven problem-solver with the ability to perform root cause analysis
